Services included in the price of staying

• water, electricity and gas;
• use of the swimming pool;
• use of outdoor fitness area;
• reserved parking;

• Final cleaning fee: € 30.00 for two-room apartments and € 40.00 for three-room apartments per staying (the kitchen area’s cleaning is in charge of the guest)

• City Tax € 1.00 per day per person over 16

• Security deposit € 100.00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the staying upon inventory control and cleaning of the kitchenette

Optional extra services:

• Bath linen supply € 5 per person;
• Bed linen supply € 5 per person;
• Beach service (1 beach umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed) € 70.00 per week (excluding the first row);
• Cradle hire (linen included) 0/3 years, € 30.00 per week;

CONDIZIONI GENERALI E REGOLAMENTO PER IL SOGGIORNO

The apartments are available at 17:00 and must be vacated at 10:00 on the departure day. 

It is absolutely forbidden to introduce animals of any kind. Guests must respect the silence, from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 00.00 to 08.00, and avoid disturbing the others’ peace. It is admitted only a car per apartment.

The entrance in the Residence area is exclusively reserved to Residence BiDreams guests. Any strangers’ visits must be agreed with the Residence’s direction; the housing allocation is the sole responsibility of the direction; The Residence BiDreams is not responsible for valuables and personal items left unattended.

Payments: Deposit: 30% at the booking

Settlement:at the arrival during the check-in operation. The commitment for the reserved period is valid even if not fully enjoyed due to late arrival or early departure.

Cancellations: if in case of unforeseen circumstances guests should give up their staying, they will be refund only if the cancellation occurs 60 days before the staying starts.

Variants: The allocation of housing is at the sole competence of management, unless specifically requested by the customer during the booking process.
The variation are related to apartments located on the ground floor, first floor, pool, sea view and bathroom with window or ventilator,   equipped with shower or shower curtain (disabled access).
